We simulate a project you'd work on in a BizOps or Product role at a high-growth startup.

You will plan out and spearhead the launch of a new product or service to 2X next year's revenue, without increasing attributable OpEx by more than 50%.

With immersive workshops and guidance from your mentor, you’ll build a strategic plan, identify and prioritize revenue growth levers, forecast revenue and expenses and develop a 3-month go-to-market plan.

Taylor Fishman

Taylor spent the first few years of her career working at various traditional investment management companies before pivoting into tech. She joined Yieldstreet, an alternative investments platform that provides retail investors with access to alternative investment products.​​ When Taylor got promoted to an Operations Manager, she decided to join The Commons, so that she could continue to round out her skills. As she wrapped up her Sprint, she reflected: “I really enjoyed the context of the project and learning extensively throughout the workshops...I really am so happy I joined The Commons!
