Choose from live, cohort-based Sprints that span 5-7 weeks (part-time) or on-demand, self-paced Micro Sprints to tackle highly-specific skills. Everything is online and all learning experiences are interactive, so you build meaningful relationships with mentors & peers in the process.

Community is not just a buzzword here. Our digital community is highly curated and hyper-engaged. We are proud of our industry-crushing engagement rates, and we cultivate them by seeding discussions, curating connections, on-going online and in-person events, new initiatives, 1:1 peer mentoring, and a really cool leaderboard to track it all!
IN-PERSON MEETUPS
Our members join geo-groups to meet others in their cities. We organize in-person events and casual meetups in key cities across North America and Europe so you can continue the conversation offline.
WEEKLY Workshops, Speaker Series, Office Hours
We host weekly events that are tailored to building you up as a business generalist. This is a way for you to continue learning, while engaging in the community. Our events range from tactical workshops led by mentors to speaker series with amazing operators, founders and funders, and intimate office hours with mentors and notable alumni. The majority of our events are virtual, but we do host in-person meetups too!

You can also get 1:1 peer mentoring from select alumni, for free. Our alumni appreciate how much they’ve gained from The Commons and want to give back.

Live learning groups
Members get unlimited access to small, live learning groups called Circles. Circles meet on a bi-weekly basis to learn about a specific topic, together. We launch 2-3 new Circles per month - they always fill up quickly! A sample of prior topics include:
