The Benefits of Membership

Transformational Learning Experiences
Our learning experiences are uniquely transformational. We work hand-in-hand with mentors from top tech companies like Netflix, Google, and Stripe to create curriculum that is highly practical, tangible and actually prepares you for the job.

Choose from live, cohort-based Sprints that span 5-7 weeks (part-time) or on-demand, self-paced Micro Sprints to tackle highly-specific skills. Everything is online and all learning experiences are interactive, so you build meaningful relationships with mentors & peers in the process.
“The learning experiences are hyper-practical, build to help you deliver more impact, immediately; regardless of your current industry.

My Sprint helped me think through business problems in new ways and I still join learning sessions regularly as part of the vibrant community.”

Community is not just a buzzword here. Our digital community is highly curated and hyper-engaged. “Just wanted to give a gratitude shoutout this evening to The Commons mentor, Julia B., who inspired a lot of confidence in me at the beginning and throughout my Sprint, and also to Rohan S. for leading the Circle on structured thinking and giving guidance on a case study I worked on in my recent interview process. Both of their influences, and also everything I learned in my Sprint, helped me land two BizOps job offers in the industry I was most interested in 😃 So grateful for this community!”

Knowledge hub & EXCLUSIVE JOB BOARD
Tap into the minds of The Commons mentors and alums through our private Knowledge Hub. We take the best advice, frameworks, and thought leadership from the community and package it up into digestible resources. The Knowledge Hub is constantly updated as a living representation of this community's value.

Our community provides exclusive access to amazing job opportunities. Mentors are often hiring onto their teams, and our alums work at amazing companies. New jobs are constantly being celebrated in the community - members typically land them from a community connection, referral or direct intro to the hiring team.
